Warranty Return Information
We fully guarantee our glasses for one (1) year from any defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase. This does not cover normal wear and tear, Lens scratches, loose screws, or accidental breakage caused by improper use is NOT covered under our warranty.
Upon receiving the defective item, Calcutta will repair or replace it at no charge.

Warranty Procedures:
1) A copy of your proof of purchase is required for all products under the (1) year defective warranty (A copy of your original sales receipt clearly showing the date of purchase is required).
2) A check or money order for $9.95 to cover processing, return shipping and handling must accompany your returned glasses.
3) All contact information (Name, Address, Phone and Email if available). Information clearly stating the defect and the processing fee should be included in your package.
4) Glasses received without contact information, clearly stating defect or not including the processing fee will be held for 30 days and then destroyed.
